HALLOWEEN MAKEUP Sugar Skull
Hello humans! So this is my second Halloween tutorial of 2014, and for this SPOOKTOBER video I decided to do a much requested video on my interpretation of the Sugar Skull. I'm not Mexican, but I do adore the beauty of the Sugar Skull, so I hope I did the look justice :)
